Interim Finance Director required for a high growth PE backed SME business. This role will report into and support the CFO across a wide ranging area, it would suit a strong Financial Controller who has stepped up to be an FD. The business is growing rapidly and therefore the CFO needs to focus on growth.
In this role you will support not only the finance team in the delivery of highly accurate, timely accounts and business information but also support the banking relationship and an imminent re-financing.
Previous experience of working in a fast growth PE backed business would be an advantage but is not essential. What is essential is an approach to support the CFO in anything that may be required and an ability to show a track record in delivery.
