Finance Controller

Greenwell Gleeson are exclusively recruiting a Finance Controller for a PE backed service business well set for future growth. Working as the number No 2 to the CFO you will be required to take responsibility for the smooth running of all aspects of the finance function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the board and PE as well as supporting local senior management. You will also be heavily involved in operational and commercial aspects of the business to help improve efficiency and profitability margins. The company will grow significantly though M&A and there will be a requirement to support such activites and help integrate the new businesses and work holistically to transitionthe business from a small business to larger entity. To be successful in the role you will need to have held a finance leadership role within a SME as well as exposure to a larger business so that you are able to introduce best practice across the finance function. Having experience of working in a fast paced or PE environment would be advantegeous. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting journey.
