Management Accountant

Elevation Recruitment Group are very pleased to be working on an exclusive basis with a rapidly growing and successful construction business in Rotherham. They currently have a rare opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic Qualified management Accountant to assist with the month end process as well as streamline existing processes and systems.

This role will report into the Finance Director and will be a varied and challenging role, offering excellent scope for progression and development.

This will be a varied role with duties to include: -

*Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
*Weekly/ Monthly Reporting
*Development of systems and processes to aid better quality reporting and analysis
*Budgeting and Forecasting
*Working closely with a range of stakeholders across the business
*Any project work as required

The successful Management Accountant will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

*ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified with some post qualification experience although newly qualified accountants will also be considered
*Construction sector experience would be advantageous although not essential
*Aptitude for continuous improvement and questioning the 'norm'
*Good Business partnering skills
*Competent user of accounting systems/ IT
