Group Accountant - Newly Qualified Accountant
£40,000 - £45,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified accountant who is an ambitious, career minded individual to join a highly successful business in the St Helens area.
This position is perfect for a recently qualified ACA/ ACCA / CIMA accountant who is looking for a new opportunity within a fast moving, highly commercial company.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this is a unique opportunity for a newly qualified accountant to get into a growing business. This is a new role that's been created due to the growth of the business and therefore will be varied and all-encompassing finance position with progression opportunities.
As Group Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Managing a small team of AAT studiers
- Production of statutory accounts
- Producing management reporting packs for board presentation
- Managing senior stakeholders
- Working with the senior management team and auditors at year end
- Assisting with the production of budgets and monitoring on a monthly basis
