Finance Manager
Working with other finance team members of this growing, private equity backed business, this role will continually improve the management accounting process. Reporting into the FC, you will prepare, develop and maintain financial controls, review and perform balance sheet reconciliations working capital analysis and the calculation and reporting of sales commissions.
The role
- The production of daily / weekly management reports within the finance function
- To assist with the preparation of the monthly management accounts and supporting analysis
- Prepare & maintain balance sheet reconciliations
- To manage the monthly calculation and review of commission for the sales teams
- To liaise with the Finance team on a regular basis to address any issues relating to purchasing, credit control etc
- To adhere to strict business and accounting processes
- Maintain internal controls and systems
The Requirements
- A fully qualified Accountant
- Strong Management Accounting experience looking to step into a Finance Manager role
- Advance IT and Excel skills
- A strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a high pressured, fast paced business
- A confident mentor / coach to more junior Accountants
