My Client, a leader in the American & European Hospitality Sector, is looking for a Group Reporting Accountant to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

What's the role?

Reporting to the Manager, Group Reporting, you will:

• Support the preparation of externally released quarterly and year-end USGAAP financial statements.
• Support the preparation of externally released documents, including the annual report, trading and operational updates, and other media releases.
• Support finance streams of projects with internal stakeholders such as Group Tax, Group Legal and Treasury.
• Support the development and implementation of appropriate and robust accounting/financial procedures
• Assist in the preparation of responses to internal and external auditors and make recommendations for remedial action where necessary

Who are you?

• Big 4 background; Chartered Accountancy qualifications; min 1+ years post-qualified experience
• Previous financial reporting and technical accounting experience involving the consolidation of large and complex groups
• Experience managing financial consolidation systems (HFM or Onestream)
• Experience with USGAAP and IFRS
• Experience with SOx is preferred, but not necessary
• Strong organisational and communications skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to engage stakeholders and build meaningful relationships
• Effective project management and delivery
