Finance Analyst - Investments

Our Investment Finance team are entrusted with supporting the business on delivering against our target of 100,000 new rooms in the UK. Working in collaboration with our Property Acquisitions team you will make sure we are making the right decisions for our long-term growth plans, both in the UK and Germany. Whether it’s reporting, financial modelling or investment appraisal you will play a key role in delivering against our complex property and investment plans.
Inside the Role
- Fully understanding the investment cycle, whilst delivering investment appraisals that are both timely and accurate.
- Rigorous appraisal and challenge throughout the planning of all new site proposals.
- Development of financial models and delivery of data to support our target of 100,000 new rooms.
- Matrix working with the Acquisitions and Business Development teams to ensure all business issues are considered when making investment decisions.
- Support in preparation of high-quality investment papers.
We're open to you
- Recently qualified or nearing the end of your CIMA/ACCA/ACA studies.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Experience in financial modelling.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Flexible and adaptable
- You naturally demonstrate proactive behaviour with a solutions focused mindset.
