Interim Finance Manager

Hays Senior Finance is working with a leading global business in West Yorkshire to recruit a Finance Manager to join the business on an interim basis.

Your new role
The role of Finance Manager presents an exciting opportunity to take ownership and control of the integrity of the accounts for a specific area of the business. As well as managing a small team, you'll own the month end process and you'll also be responsible for the preparation of statutory accounts and tax returns, balance sheet reconciliation and review, and you'll contribute to the budgeting process. You'll be the key contact for both internal and external auditors and you'll manage relationships between finance and your business area.

What you'll need to succeed
The Finance Manager will be a technically strong qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). You'll be an organised individual who is able to operate successfully in a fast paced environment and your excellent stakeholder management skills will enable you to build and maintain positive relationships within finance and the wider business.
