Finance Director: Property
Your new company.
An established private wealth group are undergoing a property development project, combining a mixture of residential and commercial property in London prestigious business have a track record of building and selling high value property in London and are starting the journey in their latest project.
This organisation have a friendly family feel to them, yet are professional and corporate in their approach to work. Based in West London in smart friendly offices.
Your new role.
Working closely with the executive team, this is a key hands on role which will involve management of the development finances, working with the investment house,and the complexities involved in this, Development appraisals and development cash flow, cost apportionment, budgeting and forecasting for 4 funding contracts.
Monthly updating of the project cash flow and development appraisals with surveyors and the investment house. Weekly reporting to Directors and investment partners. Management of company records.. Preparation of the accounts and liasing with auditors for annual accounts. (3 to 4 days a week role)
What you'll need to succeed.
You will be a qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA Accountant with experience leading a property project development.
You will have strong excel skills, appraisals, cash flow forecasting and experience working with investment houses.
What you'll get in return.
Salary Range of £90,000 to £120,000 plus benefits. The chance to own and lead an exciting property project with a leading prestigious private wealth business.
