Are you the finance leader they are looking for?
Self-motivated and deadline driven with excellent interpersonal skills?
Then you could be joining a growing Engineering Support Services business as the Head of Financial Accounts. You must be a hands-on qualified accountant who can provide structured leadership to a team, a technical and forward thinker who has the ability to envision the bigger picture to drive the business forward.
Some of your duties will include:
- Preparation of financial accounts and statutory reporting.
- Oversee the day-to-day tasks of your finance team.
- Maintain development plans for the team.
- Ownership of balance sheet reporting.
- Drive continuous improvements and development of system processes.
- Working capital, treasury management, planning and cashflow forecasting.
- Consolidations, reconciliations and VAT reporting.
- Liaison with project leads and management teams.
- Ensure accurate compliance, policies are up to date and regulations are is adhered to.
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
You should have achieved or have the abilities within:
- ACA / ACCA
- Experience of working in a similar role / seniority level.
- Ideally from a practice background.
