Temporary Credit Controller - German Speaking

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently working with a successful software business who are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to support the team and manage the Germany-based clients. This role would be on a temporary basis for 3 months with the potential to be extended, working from home, so the candidate can be based remotely.

The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently under pressure using excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing environments with high attention to detail and experience working with a high volume of invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Chasing outstanding debt via telephone and email
- Setting up new accounts
- Ensuring that the right points of contact are recorded in the system
- Resolving any queries with the customers
- Taking payments over the phone
- Daily management of own accounts

Experienced / Skills required:

- Fluent German language is a pre-requisite
- At least 3 years' worth of experience working within a busy Credit Control/collections position
- Confident liaising with individuals at all levels
- Comfortable working within in a team
- Experience working with high volume of accounts
- Educated to GCSE level including Maths & English
- Computer literate
