Part time Accountant

Hays Senior Finance have been appointed by an established and successful business in the Wrexham area who are looking to recruit into their finance team due to ongoing growth and potential acquisitions. The business is successful and offers a long term opportunity for the right candidate.

The accounts department are at maximum capacity during month end and work to some challenging deadlines. The team are experienced and diligent but do need an extra pair of hands during this busy time. We are looking for a qualified accountant who can work for two weeks of each month to take a Trial Balance and prepare management accounts and subsequent analysis. There are multiple companies within the group and this role would take ownership over one of them.

This is an unusual work pattern but could suit someone self-employed with other clients or someone who wishes to scale back from a full time role. The role will be office based near Wrexham on full time hours for a two week period and then a two week break. The full time equivalent is c£50,000 per year depending on experience.
