Commercial Finance Director FP&A

Investigo are currently partnering with a world leading US Listed FMCG business based in London to recruit a Global FP&A Director. The role is responsible for leading FP&A process globally, supporting the board, anticipating business needs, and driving insightful decision making through sound financial & commercial analysis

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Consolidate the global financial information for the business unit, produce monthly board packs and analysis in a timely manner.
• Lead the FP&A cycle and producing comprehensive MI as well as controlling the integrity of the financial reporting of the multiple business units.
• Leading the commercial finance for the 200M global division including pricing, supplier negotiations etc.
• Lead and develop a team of 5 finance professionals.
• Work with the global finance organisation including the European SSC
• Develop relationships with Commercial & operations and provide strategic support to help drive business performance
• Create and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions
• Business partner with key executives in the preparation and analysis of cross functional strategic initiatives and project work

The successful candidate will need the following capabilities:

• Qualified Accountant
• Circa 10 years experience in large matrix style organisation
• Business partnering and stakeholder engagement experience
• Global experience is desirable
• Experience working with Operations driving commercial deals / partnerships
• Driving best practice across Commercial Finance & FP&A
• Experience with SAP and Tableau desirable but non essential
