Financial Reporting Team Lead

Growing division of a larger group seek a technically qualified accountant to join their friendly team

Your new company
An established division of a larger international group seek to appoint a qualified accountant with strong technical reporting skills.

Your new role
Reporting into the head of finance you will provide technical accounting support with regards to the production of the statutory accountants in line with reporting standards. You will have oversight for the tax computations including the preparation of VAT returns. Whilst the payroll team will have ownership for processing the monthly payroll you will provide guidance with regards to any changes in legislation so that new accounting treatments are duly adopted.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with strong statutory reporting (in line with FRS102/IFRS) and tax management skills. You will be deadline driven and demonstrate excellent leadership qualities.
