Communicate have been mandated on an exciting search with a high growth SME FMCG/Services business to find then an experienced Interim Head of FP&A.
Our client offer a direct to consumer business model that has grown extensively due to the pandemic, and the demand in delivery services. Due to their unexpected success, the business now requires an individual to hit the ground running and help bring their finance infrastructure up to speed with their expected continued growth.
The chosen candidate will need to exhibit a background both in high performing SME environments, as well as proven experience within the FMCG space. Our client have ambitious plans for the next 12-18 months and the Interim Head of FP&A will play a pivotal part in devising the 3 year business plans as well as the business’ budget and forecasting capabilities to help facilitate their planned development plans. This is very much a dynamic role, for a dynamic individual who will be imparting their wisdom and skill set into an exciting company with huge potential to become a major household name.
Qualifications/ Experience Required:
- ACA/CIMA Qualified
- Background spent within businesses <£100m t/o
- Significant experience within the FMCG/Logistics space
- Prior experience of building out and developing immature FP&A functions
- Immediately available with a targeted start date of w/c 17th May
