Your new company
A leading UK Real Estate Investor and Developer with a management portfolio are seeking to expand their finance function to cope with increased demand.

Your new role
Reporting to the Group FC and becoming the senior person of the reporting team, this role will be responsible for managing staff, monthly management reporting as well as year end statutory accounts.
Given the scope of the business to grow, there will also be a significant amount of project work.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant, ideally who has trained in a recognised accounting firm, gaining exposure to audit, accounts preparation and also taxation work. Real estate client base is not essential although experience or interest will be beneficial.
