I am working with a well established, industry leading business based in Stafford who are looking for a Group Finance Manager to join them for a short term contract.
The role is responsible for an internal division of the business and will require strong team leadership experience and would best suit an experienced interim with the ability to get hands on. The role will be responsible for the groups management accounts and transactional finance and will be required to do a full mapping of current processes including process improvement.
You will be required to mentor junior team members and implement process improvement to streamline current operating procedures.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Group FM Experience
- Strong Management Accounting skills
- Good team leadership skills, including leading large teams
- Fully qualified
- Available for immediate start
The role requires being on site 2-3 days a week and is offering £60-70k.
