Corporate Finance Executive

The successfully growing Corporate Finance team of this highly regarded Independent Consultancy is looking for an ambitious newly qualified ACA, or equivalent, to join as an Executive.

You will be responsible for working on a range of mid market M&A transactions, primarily in a lead advisory capacity, with projects including business sales, acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs and fundraising mandates across a range of sectors which will fully test your technical, analytical and commercial skills. Typically the deal range will be c£5-50m with some larger transactions.

The successful candidate is likely to be a newly qualified ACA from a respected Accountancy Practice with a strong academic and professional exam record and a genuine interest in pursuing a career within Corporate Finance.

Previous due diligence, valuations or financial modelling experience is preferred but candidates who trained within Audit, and have some relevant skills, will also be considered. You will also be required to be able to demonstrate first class communication and client handling skills and the ability to talk with business owners about commercial and financial issues.
