Financial Data Analytics Manager

I am currently working with one of the worlds leading specialty insurers looking to hire a finance data analytics manager in the London office. This is a market leading brand offering excellent progression and development opportunities supported within a high performance culture.

Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with duties and responsibilities including:

• Support BI team to ensure reporting and visualisation is accurate and usable information for business partners
• Drive and develop data capabilities of the division
• Supporting FP&A groups in change initiatives
• Build new reporting and analytics tools by understanding the business needs and data capabilities.
• Supporting on global transformation projects
• Management of 2 reports

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a strong background in data analytics with knowledge of predictive models and ML algorithms and experience of business application for these. You will need a proven track record partnering with senior stakeholders. You will need experience using business intelligence tools and data frameworks. Desirable languages: Qlik, SQL, Microsoft Office, VBA - required. Python, R - desirable.
