Our client, a high-growth PE-backed SME manufacturing business based in Cambridge, requires an experienced Interim CFO for up to 6 months. The expectation is that you will be required to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
You will be tasked to professionalise the finance function and ensure the function is fit for purpose. There is a strong team leadership element to the role as well as a strong focus on systems and operational improvements, and thus will require someone experienced in leading a multinational team and experienced in systems improvements/change projects.
Manufacturing experience is essential, as well as experience within an international SME business.
Offering £900-1200 per day.
