A Plymouth-based business has an immediate need for a Finance Analyst to join its team for a full-time, temporary role. With an immediate start, this role can offer remote and agile working.
Your New Role
The Financial Analyst will hold a busy and diverse position to help build and improve the financial interface of the group reporting, which will enable the company to identify and plug areas of profit leakage now and ensure that future growth is supported by reports and metrics that empower the leadership team to make informed decisions for profitable growth.
Key duties will include:
- Responsibility for monthly revenue recognition.
- Planning, collecting and analysing data to determine full cost of business activity.
- Creating metrics and reports to support decision for successful growth.
- Supporting the senior management accountant.
About You
The firm looks to hire a Finance Analyst who is immediately available and has proven experience within a similar finance environment. Applications should also demonstrate:
- Minimum of AAT qualified. Part or fully qualified accounting qualifications would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Detail orientated.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Immediately available.
Salary
On offer will be a pro rata salary equivalent to £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualification level.
