Hays Senior Finance are working with this great business in Shropshire to recruit an FP&A/ Business Partner on a permanent basis.

Your new role

This is a great job that has excellent scope for development. The job is varied and will involve; participating in month end review meetings, analysis to explain profitability, forecast and budgets, producing month end reporting packs, business partnering finance and non-finance stakeholders and providing financial and commercial insight to support in decision making.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will either be newly qualified or working towards and accountancy qualification such as CIMA or ACCA, they will have experience of working in a finance function with ideally commercial, analytical or reporting element
