The role requires a strong technical accountant with excellent leadership skills to manage a small, ambitious team. PQE gained in Industry in a technical Group/Financial Accounting role is essential including, Cash-flow management experience being key.
This would suit an ambitious accountant looking for a varied role where you can make a real difference with implementations of improved controls and processes and the development of a high-calibre team.
