The Business Analyst role working for an outstanding business in Manchester will:
Develop, implement and maintain scalable cross-functional software and hardware solutions ensuring they remain fit for purpose as technology moves on and ensure outsourced IT and software vendors operate within agreed SLA’s.
You will be Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in computer science/ MIS
You will have 3+ Years Business Systems Experience
You will Support the implementation of the IT transformation agenda with the project co-ordinator
o Maintain business systems, databases and applications
o Be the key contact for outsourced IT partner and software vendors ensuring they operate within agreed SLA’s
o Build and maintain front-end of applications through appealing visual design
o Write effective APIs
o Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
