The Opportunity 

Are you a newly qualified Management Accountant in South Yorkshire who wants to have their cake and eat it?

Most businesses that offer you fast track progression to FD level expect more than their pound of flesh and sadly it is often expected that your work life balance will have to suffer to allow you to become FD swiftly.

This business are offering best of both worlds:

A sensible working culture without the need for regularly longer-than-contracted hours etc. but also a very clear, well defined and completely achievable route to FD level (in the next 24 months!).

- The business is a professional and agile SME and is growing rapidly.
- The owners have deep pockets and major appetite to see it succeed further.
- The role is FC on day one - standalone.
- You'll have chance to shape a squad as the business expands.
- You'll be FD before many of your peers.

Qualified or Part Qualified, you need drive, gravitas and a firm foundation of core accounting skills.

This is a unique role in terms of the rapid scope of progression available.  You don’t need to be the finished article – the role suits someone who will initially be comfortable with hands on transactional accounting but with the drive to progress to FD level swiftly.

You will have lots of support and valuable mentoring from the consultant FD over the first 1 – 2 years.  Once you are ready for the next step you will become FD of this agile and ambitious group.

£40,000 initially with major scope for this to increase swiftly.
