Elevation are pleased to be working on an opportunity that has arisen for an experienced Business Partner to join the Willerby Finance team.

Now entering its 75th year in business, Willerby is the UK Market leader in the manufacture of Lodges and Caravans. With the current high levels of interest in staycations, the business is in a strong market and has recently made major investments to support further increases in market share and competitiveness.

For a commercially focussed and fully qualified professional (CIMA/ACCA/CA) this role offers an exciting opportunity to further enhance our FP&A capabilities. Our aim is to have financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes that are consistent with a business of our scale, sophistication and market placement. The implementation of our new ERP system at the start of the financial year, gives us the opportunity to develop reporting and processes further to add real value through business insight, to which this role will be pivotal.

The Role
Reporting directly to the newly appointed Head of FP&A, the Commercial Finance Business Partner will have full responsibility for all Commercial aspects of reporting and planning, working with the Commercial team to drive sales and margin
Specific areas of responsibility include:
-Own the annual budgeting and in year forecasting cycles for all Commercial areas (Sales, Margin, Marketing and Sales Related Overheads) from collation to review and presentations. Working closely with the Directors and other areas of finance to ensure all timetables are met.
-Manage core weekly and monthly analysis and reporting of Sales and Margin performance, including managing deliverables, analysis of outputs and communication to senior members of the Management team
-Own the month end process for all Commercial areas providing insight, analysis, and commentary to feed into the Monthly Reporting Packs
-Develop daily and weekly reporting and processes to provide "real time" business insight
-Working closely with Sales and Marketing to analyse and report on the impact of marketing campaigns in generating 'leads' and sales activity as well as the impact of changing market trends on the business and its sales/marketing activities
-Attend Sales and Operations planning meeting (cross functional meeting) to discuss production planning and any issues which may affect production
-Ensure the accuracy of data maintained in our ERP system & other core systems in relation to Sales, Discount and Margin information
-Business Partner with Directors on all Commercial Matters
-Lead the Commercial Finance team, which includes two direct reports, with a keen focus on development
-Provide Project support and other adhoc support on all Commercial areas
