Financial Controller | £40,000 - £55,000 | Dumfries | Fast moving SME | *Strong L&D support with opportunities to progress
Axon Moore are working with an exciting acquisitional business near Dumfries that are rapidly expanding under new investment as they look to appoint a new Financial Controller.
This business is lead by an entrepreneurial MD and an accomplished Finance Director and they have ambitious plans for the business in the next 12-24 months.
As part of these plans, they have created a new Financial Controller position to help bolster their team. They’re interested in either an established Financial Controller or a Financial Accountant looking to take a progressive step in their career. The individual will ideally be qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA and be a quick learner, professional, ambitious and have the relational gravitas to influence various stakeholders.
Due to the nature of this business, there will be continuous projects stemming from investment into the professionalisation of the overall business (not just the finance team) and further acquisitions. The finance team will be the protagonist in driving any change and any improvements, so they hope to attract a driven and self-motivated individual to this position.
