SAP Systems Lead Analyst

Axon Moore are proud to be working alongside a fast paced and high growth FMCG/ Manufacturing business based in South Manchester who are looking to bring on board a SAP System lead into a high calibre, and growing finance team.

This highly visible role will provide the successful incumbent with the opportunity to make tangible and quick change, making key contributions to the growth of the business. Working closely with the SMT this is an excellent opportunity to develop key stakeholder relationships and demonstrate significant value for a business going through an excellent period of growth.

Key Duties

• Support the day-to-day running of SAP Business One and its associated add-ons/integrations for all end users.
• Liaise with end-users to understand and prioritise additional requirements.
• System testing, documenting the processes and procedures and training staff.
• Supporting SAP B1 projects or redesign of system set ups to achieve efficiencies, which will enhance productivity and improve financial accuracy.
• Assist with implementing major system enhancements and new reporting/business intelligence.
• Designing and writing both financial and management reports.
• Liaise with 3rd party support, development companies and manage other system interfaces to SAP B1.
• Maintain the controls, authorisations and user access of the system.

Person Specification

• Experience as SAP B1 Support Analyst or Superuser
• Able to write reports using Crystal, SAP Query, SQL & Power BI.
• Systems integrations experience.
• Proactive team players with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills are required.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
