About Us:

We have exciting plans to grow our existing markets and enter new ones, and our Finance Team needs to grow to help support these plans. Can you help us to develop our business?

Based in our converted farmhouse campus on the N11 in Kilmacanogue, Co. Wicklow (when permitted again) we need someone with good qualifications and experience to work closely with our friendly team. About You:

You will report directly to the Group Financial Controller and be part of a dedicated and strong finance team. This role is accounting and reporting driven but with transformation and project work also included. This role will have a broad remit and will involve developing close working relationships across all areas of the business.

So, we’d like you to have:

+ Full accounting qualifications with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in a similar role
+ Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, experience of US GAAP an advantage
+ Experience with month-end / year-end close process
+ Broad experience of billing, A/R, A/P, inventory management
+ Experience with VAT compliance and reporting
+ Strong quantitative and analytical skills, commercially orientated
+ Goal orientation with a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
+ Strong focus on processes, systems and controls
+ Attention to detail, ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of the role
+ Ability as a team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
+ Creative problem-solving ability
+ Proven experience in delivery of quality customer service
+ Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
+ Fully fluent written and spoken English

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

+ Preparation and analysis of monthly and year to date suite of management information, which will incorporate financial and non-financial KPI’s
+ Preparation of annual budgets and the related monthly and year end analysis, providing insight & commentary
+ Preparation of annual financial statements and supporting schedules for audit
+ Preparation of tax returns and fulfilling other compliance obligations
+ Supporting the finance team in all areas, including A/R, A/P, and general ledger reconciliations
+ Supporting ERP system implementation
+ Leading and coaching staff to optimise their personal development and contribution to the success of the business
+ Ad hoc Analysis and / or any related projects as required
