An instantly recognisable publishing house is looking to hire an additional Financial Reporting Accountant into their group finance team. Based in London, this full-time position is offered on an interim basis until the end of the year.
With both a print media and digital presence, this publishing house is a market specialist and has been a market leader for informative features for the last 100+ years.
The main requirements will be for a technically strong contractor with an ACA/Audit background who is excited by implementing controls and change in an ever-growing business.
This is reporting into the Group Financial Controller, and above that, the CFO.
About You
The Financial Reporting Accountant will demonstrate:
- Audit or ACA Big 4 qualified with significant PQE in industry within a listed environment, or a relevant sector.
- Experience in a technical accounting role in a group finance division.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS technical accounting.
- Strong Excel skills as well as good systems experience.
- Immediately available - or finishing a contract in the next couple of weeks, and able to commit until the end of the year.
Salary
On offer for the Financial Accountant will be around £450 per day inside IR35, dependent on experience.
