FP&A Analyst

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently supporting a well known FMCG business based in Tamworth who are looking for a practice trained accountant (ACA) to join there FP&A team as an analyst. This role offers excellent exposure to the wider business and has demonstrable routes of progression

Key Duties, FP&A Analyst, Tamworth, £45,000

• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting for senior leadership teams
• Preparing, reviewing and distributing monthly financial reports to the Commercial Finance team
• Assisting in reporting timely and robust monthly flash reporting and KPIs
• Assisting in the collation and review of group annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes ensuring all deadlines are met
• Developing, maintaining and distributing ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed
• Working with the European FP&A finance teams, aligning to new ways of reporting to provide head office with greater visibility of regional results and to streamline and standardise reporting processes
• Providing ad hoc support as required by the business, including providing supporting information and answering queries from the European FP&A team

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embraces change
• Good communication skills
• Proactive approach
• Strong Excel skills combined with numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Ability to develop good relationships with internal colleagues
• Flexible approach and ability to work as part of team
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Self-aware and keen to develop themselves and others in the team
