System Administrator - Dynamics
I am working exclusively with a large FTSE Technology business based in Reading (flexible working encouraged 1 or 2 days a week in the office) looking for a System Administrator with Dynamics Experience.
The role will operate as part of the Help desk team. Here you'll have access to technical support from other teams members but requires you to be the sole point of contact in their office.
- System Troubleshooting
- System Admin
- Maintaining the systems
- Monitoring the System desks
- Documentation of business processes
- Maintenance of all areas of the system owners
- Raise requests with partners as required
- Maintain system data to ensure entities provide accurate reporting data
- Monitor the integration of data through the system in consultation with partners
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM System
- Sharepoint knowledge also an advantage
- Good Communications
- Strong Team-Player
