Salary: £39,275.51 - £46,206.48 per annum

Our client is a value-orientated Housing Association working together to create communities where people want to live. They manage circa 5,500 homes over a wide geographical area and their residents include families, older people and those in need of special care and support.

They are looking for an enthusiastic and talented finance professional to join the team.  Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance and leading a team of four, the successful applicant will be a part of the finance leadership team and will have the autonomy to improve procedures as required to deliver a high-quality service. 

With responsibility for leading on income accounting, management reporting, analysis of scheme performance, and business partnering with operational teams the role plays a vital part in their key financial processes.

There is an opportunity to work closely with senior colleagues in other departments to help drive continuous improvements and to be involved in projects supporting strategic decisions within the Association.
