Blackwaters is recruiting an interim Head of Finance to join our Twickenham based client during an exciting period of change and transformation.
Working very closely with the Senior management team, the HoF will be responsible for the entirety of the finance function covering everything from day-to-day operations to commercial strategy and delivering on business performance.
The position requires a qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE. It is essential that all candidates have a fundamental grounding in all areas of the finance team, with experience in managing all accounting activities, from AR/AP and reconciliations through to commercial analysis and strategy development and execution.
Strong technical skills are expected, as well as a solid background in FP&A and business partnering, including modelling, cost management and cash flow management.
Candidates must also be experienced team leaders ideally with previous exposure to team development and training for better controls. Excellent excel skills are essential and a background in FMCG is advantageous.
