Senior Management Accountant

A Senior Management Accountant is required for a full-time, permanent role with a large and established business based in Liverpool. The Senior Management Accountant will work closely with the senior leadership team to improve understanding of business performance, drive improvements, influence day to day decisions and contribute to the development of long-term strategy and direction.

This would suit an ambitious and driven qualified Management Accountant, who has a flexible approach and good mix of management accounting and analysis experience.

The Responsibilities

The newly appointed Senior Management Accountant will:

• Deliver robust and accurate Monthly Management Accounts to timetable and ensure adherence to accounting policy and procedures.
• Produce and develop timely financial information for senior management.
• Be responsible for business partnering the sales and operation teams.
• Provide financial information for ongoing projects.
• Ensure robust and accurate monthly reconciliations are carried out in line with company requirements.
• Prepare and review both the short and long term forecasting requirements of the business.
• Provide accurate weekly cash forecasts.
• Support the team with continuous improvement projects.

Key Requirements
