My client is a well-established Private Office based within a diverse Multi-Family Office offering a wide range of investment, financial and management services. They are seeking to appoint a Client Accountant to their existing team. With a varied portfolio of HNW families and individuals the role is varied and interesting including: recording of financial transactions for personal clients, companies and trusts; maintaining of online bank accounts and reconciliations; payroll calculations and payments; tax and VAT computations; income and expenditure investigations and other areas of accounting assistance. Additionally, there is a very strong element of financial modelling required for investment appraisals/analysis and complex financial transactions so prior experience of this is essential.
You will be qualified ACA/ACCA (minimum 2 years’ pqe) individual with a strong academic record prior to joining a top Practice. Ideally you will also have a further analytical qualification such as FMVA/CFM and advanced Excel skills. You will have strong attention to detail with a methodical attitude and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Given the nature of the client base you will have a service orientated and diplomatic approach. Whilst this role is considered a vital position within the organisation it still retains an element of transactional tasks.
