Reporting to the FD and managing a small team of 3, the main role of the FC is to manage the day to day running of the finance function enabling the FD to focus on more operational and strategic projects. This also a great opportunity for the right person who is looking to develop and progress in to the FD position over the next three to five years. Key Tasks: To manage the finance teamResponsible for the preparation of the management accounts.In conjunction with the FD develop appropriate systems both manual and electronic for the smooth running of the department.To ensure that alll control accounts are maintained and differences resolved.Responsible for all ledgersRespponsible for credit control, payroll and all related mattersMargin analysis and product costing including review of the development of any new products.Preparation of information for external auditorsOther adhoc tasks We are looking for a Qualified accountant and also open to a first time mover from Practice.
