Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated FP&A Analyst, someone who takes ownership of their role with the drive and ambition to provide a true value-add to the business. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be joining a dynamic and fast-growing company, working in an international environment.
 

What you’ll do…

• Monitor and Report on commercial performance across a number of key metrics including Bookings, Win Rates, Deal Size, Revenue & GM etc
• Analyse and review pricing to ensure most effective structure is in place and is being adhered to, as well as supporting commercial teams in pricing decisions for individual clients
• Analyse data sets and model scenarios to draw out understanding of the business performance and deliver commercial insight and advice to support the company strategic goals
• Financial Support and Ad-Hoc Analysis for wider finance and across the business
• Salesforce administration responsibilities including new bookings and account creation
• Assisting with the yearly audit, regarding your financial accounting responsibilities

• Able to demonstrate commercial acumen.
• A great communicator with the ability to influence and empathise with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
• Knowledgeable in business/management information systems (Excel to advance level a must, Power BI, Dynamics desirable).
