Commercial Finance Manager (Real Estate)

Your new role
With a major business partnering focus, this role will be responsible for the workflow management of the outsourced management accounting function. You will then be tasked with 'making the most' of the numbers by adding true value to the operational budget holders and project managers.

Duties will include:

• Ownership of all business partnering activities for 2 major divisions
• Supervision of junior support
• Project Accounting
• Budgeting and forecasting including management of model
• Workflow management of outsourced accounting function

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven experience of business partnering with operational budget holders.
