Corporate Finance Analyst (Real Estate)

Your new company
A real estate investor and developer in the high end development space in London and the UK, this investment business have a portfolio of circa £1 in investments. They have a small finance team and are looking for a qualified accountant with experience analysing business performance and proving strategic support to decision making to join their team.

Your new role
Working as a Senior Analyst, this role will be focused on analysis of the current investment portfolio as well as acquisition opportunities, reporting back to the institutional investor and owning project budgets.
The role would need someone happy to work in a finance function, owning accounting outputs, but with a highly commercial and operational deliverables.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant, ideally from a corporate finance or analyst background where you can demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative, delivering first class strategic information in order to aid decision making.
