My client is an established, growing business who has enjoyed a great deal of success over the last 20 years. Based in the Newbury area in West Berkshire, they are now looking to recruit a part qualified, or qualified Management Accountant for a 18-month Fixed term.
This is a hands-on Management Accounting role supporting the Business Unit and wider direct
finance team with the following key activities:
- Business Partnering
- Use of financial reports to produce Management Information to facilitate Senior Management decision making
- Ownership of the month end and management accounts process for a Business Unit
- Month end balance sheet reconciliation preparation
You will be either qualified or studying towards your ACCA/CIMA. Consideration will be given to applicants who are Qualified by Experience. You will have produced Management Accounts in a busy, complex environment and have wider, all-round knowledge of the finance tasks. You will have great system knowledge, including strong Excel, and you will have excellent written and spoken communication skills. This is an exciting role in a growing company and may well develop into a permanent position.
