SF Recruitment are currently working with a well known property business based in Birmingham in the recruitment of an Interim Property Accountant.
This is an interim position suited to candidates who have experience in working within property and are able to hit the ground running.
The business is going through a period of significant change and require immediately available accountants to join the business on an ongoing basis to review and reconcile dormant balances, cash reconciliations, complete property Management Accountant and adhoc project work.
The successful candidate will be based working from home full time with the very odd occasion of travelling into their Birmingham offices.
Experience of working within property is essential as well as strong Excel skills including vlook ups and pivot tables.
Applicants without property experience will not be considered.
