Group Capital & Cashflow Manager

My client a FTSE 100 employer of choice for the past 10 years is seeking a ACA Qualified accountant to join as a Capital and Cashflow Manager. This role will allow you exposure to the CFO & CEO to get involved in transactions/ acquisitions for the future growth of the brand.

Duties Include:

1 preparation of the Group capital and mid/long-range cashflow forecast.

*Assists allocation of available capital across expenditure types, strategic initiatives, and regions/functions
*Understands Group guidelines on capital appraisal
*Understands the valuation model and answer ad-hoc questions on its workings from stakeholders
*Manages the approval of capital and other expenditure to the Executive Committee Capital Sub-Committee in line with Group Delegation of Authority policies, and manages the group's Post Project Review process for presentation to Board Audit Committee

2 to maintenance of the group full year and multi-year view of cash flow forecast, working with stakeholder functions to determine inputs and cash inflows/outflows.

3 with the preparation of the Group capital and cashflow Budget, Plan and Long-Rang Plan.

4 provide insightful analysis and updates to CFO, Board, EC, & Investor Relations on Group capital, investment, and cashflow, including around external financial announcements.
