Management Accountant

Our client is a successful dynamic business based in Uttoxeter. Continued growth has created the need to recruit a management accountant to support the Finance Manager with all aspects of the month end process. Responsibilities will include: Supporting month end process and production of the management accounts; Co-ordinating the month end timetable and production of draft reports for review; Rolling cashflow forecast; Providing detailed analysis and timely management information to key stakeholders; Supporting the budget process; Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on financial performance with variance analysis; Fixed asset management; Balance Sheet and Bank reconciliations; Ongoing development of processes and reporting within a dynamic business.

The ideal candidate will have relevant management accounts experience and be comfortable communication with operations across the business and mentoring more junior staff members. Study support will be available if actively studying. Manufacturing and or costing experience will be beneficial.
