FP&A Manager

FP&A Manager - Immediate Start - eSports & Gaming firm

My client, an exponentially growing eSports & Gaming firm are looking to add an FP&A manager to their team in a newly created role. This role will initially be a contract with an aim to go permanent.

The role will include, but not limited to:

• Improving and maintaining robust fully integrated P&L , Balance Sheet and Cash Flow business plans to achieve business objectives
• Building out complex financial scenario modelling coupled with financial model assumptions for KPIs, and forecasts outputs
• Preparing presentations to deliver the budget
• Preparing budgets on a yearly basis and re-forecasting on a quarterly basis (rolling reforecast). Providing analysis and assessment of performance against the agreed budget and re-forecasts.
• Creating, identifying and communicating risks and opportunities in the plan
• Reporting clear and concise management accounts on a monthly basis while providing fact-based insights into variances and trends
• Preparing analysis and reporting
• Leveraging systems: integrate and automate reports into financial planning models

Role Profile

• Experience within a similar role is essential
• Big 4 background is essential, ideally in transactional services
• High degree of modelling skills in developing integrated Balance Sheet, Cash flow and P&L forecasting tools
• Experience of cloud based specialised solutions (i. Asana) would be an advantage
• Experience in an a consumer tech business would be an advantage
• Ability to turn an idea into an executable plan, fully supported by a financial model suited to the project and business
