Client Manager / Senior Client Manager

A growing chartered accountancy firm based in Exeter is searching for a Client Manager / Senior Client Manager to join their team to manage a portfolio of varied OMB, SME corporate and other wide ranging clients delivering the spectrum of compliance services, building relationships and advising on wider planning and advisory services and progressing within this highly successful business.

Based in Exeter this highly regarded firm has been undergoing consistent growth with a client base of wide ranging sole traders, partnerships and limited company, OMB and SME clients, wide ranging in sectors and turnovers with clients up to £60 - 70 million in turnover on the firms largest clients As a result of ongoing, sustained growth, along with planning for the future development of the firm, the partners are looking to bring in the right additional and highly experienced Client Manager to bolster their team as a key addition.

Description

Joining as Client Manager / Senior Client Manager mouldable in level around the right persons background and experience you will take responsibility for managing your portfolio of clients, ranging from sole traders and partnerships to medium sized companies, again mouldable in size and client range to suit either a 100% accounts/tax delivery, or for those bringing audit skills a mix of audit delivery management, alongside accounts/tax and wider services.

You will be the first point of contact for your client building strong, long term relationships becoming a trusted advisor. You will review work completed by your junior staff, providing feedback and guidance where required and help monitor students studying and progress. You will meet clients presenting financial information and financial statements results, answer questions and provide further added value advice, identifying and managing planning opportunities and general business support for clients. You will work closely with the Directors/Partners and progress in your career with a clear route on offer within this growing firm.

Profile

You will be any of ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified ideally, with a career background and strength within any of accounts/tax/audit etc and all around, general accountancy practice service delivery to wide ranging sole trade, partnership and limited company clients, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment of any size. You will have developed your career to at least experienced Client Manager / Senior Client Manager levels and be looking to move into a forward moving, growing business where you can carve a key, influential role and progress in your career.

Job Offer

Circa £35,000 - £50,000 dependent on the background, experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits.
