Finance Assistant
Central London

Halliday Marx are excited to partner with a successful Hospitality company, looking to recruit a Finance Assistant on an 12 month basis. Reporting into the AP Manager and joining a successful hard working culture, your duties will include, but not be limited too;
- Sales Ledger: Raising invoices, Assist with Cash Allocation, Deal with incoming queries
- Credit Control: Collect outstanding debt, processing of incoming cash and monitor Aged Debt Report
- Accounts Payable: Process Invoices, Supplier Reconciliations, Assist with payment runs
- Bank Account & Balance sheet Reconciliation
The Successful Candidate;
- Previous experience of 2 years in a Finance Assistant position
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Strong team player, but can also work autonomously
- Strong competent use of Excel
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Very good attention to detail
