Accountable Recruitment are exclusively representing a dynamic and successful accountancy practice in St. Helens who are looking to appoint a Junior Accountant on a full time and permanent basis.

JOB TITLE: Junior Accountant
JOB TYPE: Full time/ Permanent
SALARY: Up to £21k (DOE)
ROLE:
- This role will involve the preparation of financial statements from incomplete records through to review stage.
- Assisting with preparation of Personal Tax returns and Corporate Tax calculations.
- The role will be comprised of approximately 50% accounts and 50% tax.
- You will also learn and develop new duties/skills with this position as full study support is provided.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 1-3 years previous experience of working in an accountancy practice is essential
- Some experience of Personal Tax returns/ Corporate Tax calculations would be advantageous
- Knowledge of Sage 50 is essential
- Teamplayer
- Ability to work to deadlines
