A privately owned international infrastructure company based in Central London requires a Group Reporting Manager to join their growing finance team.

The sucessful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality, robust management reports and statutory accounts for the business, ensuring the smooth running of the their London based finance team. You will be the company's technical specialist for accounting standards, oversee the treasury function and provide commercial support to the CFO.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a skilled, professional and motivated team both directly and indirectly.
  • Provide quality technical and analytical support to the CFO and business leaders establishing finance as a true 'business partner'
  • Ensuring strong robust processes and controls maintaining the integrity of group results.
  • Provide real value through the provision of quality, timely and accurate management information, highlighting issues and trends
  • Ownership of financial and non-financial controls and internal audit or equivalent activities.
  • Ownership of the group's statutory reporting and compliance obligations. This includes but not limited to; preparation of the consolidated accounts of the group, preparation of all the subsidiary accounts.
  • Ownership of the group's treasury function, ensuring appropriate governance and controls to monitor cash position and reporting requirements to the group's debt providers.
  • Ownership of the group's balance sheets and reconciliations
  • Ownership of the group's capital structure and overheads report for functional business leaders

To be considered for the role, the candidate must have:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent
  • Big 4 or at least top 10 audit practise experience desirable
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong up to date technical accounting knowledge
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work constructively within a team and fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication to engage a broad ranging stakeholder
