Finance Business Partner – Global FP&A

Partner Financial are working with a high growth listed services business based in Central London with operations internationally. The business has grown significantly over the years and have developed a global footprint in the market with turnover in the £billions.

Reporting to the Group FP&A Director, the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for supporting the Global Functions division with reporting and planning, as well as regular tasks including monthly reporting, conducting variance analysis and ad hoc work on wider FP&A subjects.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering the procurement team, supporting business case approvals and project tracking
• Being the key finance contact for the Global Function division, business partnering with the HR Director, VP Global Operations, and VP Marketing
• Providing monthly/quarterly management reporting and interpreting the financial performance, including foreign exchange impacts for the leaders of Global functions
• Supporting functional teams with Oracle Hyperion reports and functionality
• Supporting the Global functions with the Development of their annual budgets and entering them into the planning system
• Conducting ad hoc analysis as needed and performing related duties as assigned by management

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
• Previous experience working in an international organisation
• Strong knowledge and understanding of SAP
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Receptive to change and new ideas and able to generate new approaches
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
